Refund Policy

Quantican will process all refund requests in accordance with this Policy.

To request a refund, you must submit a service cancellation request by sending an email to billing@quantican.com or opening a support ticket via your Quantican client area within  30 days.

 

Domain Registration

  1. Domain registration fees are non-refundable. Once a domain is registered, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  2. In exceptional cases, if a domain registration request fails due to technical issues on our end, we will refund the domain registration fee.

 

Web Hosting

  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our web hosting services. If you are not satisfied with our hosting within the first 30 days, you can request a refund.
  • Refunds are not applicable to domain registration fees, additional services, or fees for exceeding resource limits.

 

SSL Certificates

  1. Comodo & Certum SSL Certificates that have been issued must be canceled within 5 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund.
  2. For certificates that have been purchased but not yet issued, cancellation and refund requests must be made within 30 days from the purchase date.
  3. Refunds for issued or non-issued certificates requested after the grace periods are over will not be honoured.

 

Non-Refundable Products

The following products are non-refundable once purchased:

  1. VPN
  2. SiteLock
  3. SSL Certificates
  4. Email Hosting
  5. WordPress Hosting
  6. Domain registrations, transfers & renewals.

 

Exceptions

  1. Unsuccessful attempts to register or transfer a domain name will result in automatic credit to your client account.
  2. Refunds for services that have not yet been installed or set up after one month of purchase will be automatically credited to your client account.

 

Payments Issues

If you mistakenly made a payment in error or encounter payment issues, we will credit the overpayment amount to your client account. You can use this credit for future purchases. To request a refund for a payment made in error, please email billing@quantican.com with the necessary details.

 

General Information

  • Requests for refunds must be made within the specified timeframes.
  • All eligible refunds will be automatically credited to your client account unless a cash refund is requested.
  • Cash refund requests are subject to an administrative fee.
  • Payments made via online payment gateways may be refundable through the source of payment, subject to additional charges imposed by the payment processing company.
  • Overpaid amounts will be credited to your client account.
  • This Refund Policy may be amended from time to time, and any changes will be published on our website.
  • For refund requests, submit a service cancellation request through your client area or by emailing billing@quantican.com.
